this really has to stop most of the time when they set a delivery date and they know it won't be delivered by then because the package still won't have even reached my location during the expected delivery date they should really fix this because it happens quite often then they say "item delayed" of course is delayed it hasn't even reached canada and they slap a delivery date on it? please only put a delivery date when the package is most likely to be delivered apon it's current conditions. *Update* it's getting worse, i had a package (130$ worth of items) get delayed 4 days just because they decided not to deliver it before the weekend, 4 days later it finally arrives but it was just a hassle, i mean it was in my city but they just decided not to deliver it, was looking forward to receiving that item ASAP but of course canada post had to ruin it. but hey on the bright side at least it arrived 😂

Went to pick up a money gram, the woman at the counter had red dyed hair. She was rude to the gentlemen in front of me who simply wanted one stamp, but was sweet as pie to the lady in front of him (hmmm would it be that the gentleman and I are brown?) I gave my usual "hello how are you?" She didn't even bother to reply, anyways I told her I had a money gram. She didn’t look anything up just said “I have to give you a money order” I inquired about an e-transfer as the last time I came in I was helped by a very nice young lady who said it was possible. She said “nope I need to keep a float, so only other option is money order.” Which does me no good as banks are closed today (Family Day). Well guess what ?! Low and behold I drove to the Rexall on Ouellette and Giles post office and he had the magical ability to e-transfer me, which I got in less than 5 minutes. He also told me every post office has this ability, doesn’t matter where the post office is located. Sooo was this a lazy worker who just didn’t want to press a few buttons? Or something else? Canada post you Definitely need to look into this rude employee who clearly just didn’t want to do her job, and I came 3 hours before closing. No excuse for this at all.

Rude to the extreme. The post office in the market square has friendly staff. Stay away from this one. The manager is rude and lazy and trains all the staff to be the same way.
