I've been going to this post office for 2 years since I opened my online shop. They have the worst staff training ever. I missed buses and appointments because they didn't have an employee at the office and they kept everyone waiting until the employee came back.

Very confused employees at this poorly staffed outlet. I feel like I'm dealing with a participant in a work experience program. PO left unattended with the door to packages unlocked. No bell to ring when desk is unattended. How about some spot checks and perhaps decertify this outlet Canada Post.

Employees have always been helpful, the hours are really annoying though. It's Canada post which always comes with some irritation.

Once again, stolen package with tracking. How many years can packages get tracked to a location and disappear in the back and of course no cameras and nobody gets fired...

I usually avoid this branch because of an old lady attendant who provides an extremely rude and unprofessional way to handle customers. All other staff,in other hand, usually provides a great service.
