The staff (Rina) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very friendly. This was my first visit to Canada post and I am very much impressed from the overall experience I had today. Rina helped me select the right packaging and took time to explain the mailing process and even helped me pack the product properly. Thank you very much for the excellent service.

Very rude staff (White old lady)... One year ago, when I went by here to get my parcel ..she was being sarcastic all the time like I had to look up my address as I moved into a new apartment. She asked me "Wow you don't even know your address? LOL HAHA" so I said "I moved into a new apt" and she said "Yeah. Whatever lol" Though it happened one year ago, it keeps me feel bad. I just don't get why you are hiring racist person... A young lady who worked with that old lady was kind tho...

Employees are usually helpful but the hours are ridiculous. Sometimes (like today) if you manage to get there within the posted hours, they'll still be randomly closed.
