I went to this location for picking up a courier which was delivered to this address. Clerk name was LARRY extremely rude behavior and show no respect to customers. I asked him if I had a courier here. Guy said "NO" without asking name. No matter what question we asked he has only one and only response which was NO. This is a request to CANADA POST please provide workplace behavior training to the employee. So that he know how to serve to the customers

Going in I get good service, but you can't get a hold of them via phone. I have a simple question but can't call - I have to go in. As a busy wife and mother that's very annoying and highly disappointing.
