Went there yesterday to ship a packaged tracked! Mary charged me almost twice the price, when I asked why? I was told it was a gas surcharge, When arriving home I noticed I was charged for tube mailers also, I never bought/used any as I packaged the product before going there. Two days before, I shipped the same style bubble mailer at another P.O in town, was charged a total of $13, today I was charged the same $13 at yet another location in town. Get your act together, the negatives are adding up.

Extremely upset with the customer service here. Iā€™ve been a loyal customer for years and mail out many packages as itā€™s part of my small business. Today I was lied to many times straight to my face by the employee here (the woman with the dark hair and glasses who has apparently been working here for 30 years and is named Sue, according to her). For the longest time, Iā€™ve been filling my customs form online through the app and bringing it in for them to scan. They would print out the label and put it on my package, and that would be that. I wouldnā€™t even write the address down on the packaging because it gets covered there by the print anyways. Well, according to the lady.. I must write both the addresses down on the packaging and also in my customs online just to send out a package. So I need to write it down twice nowā€¦ which okay, it was fine with me until she started lying. When I asked her why they never required this from me before, she told me thatā€™s not true and that they would never accept packages without it being written physically (even if the addresses are already written online and printed by them). She was lying by telling me I have never mailed out packages like this before there, when I certainly have. But in reality, this is because the new systems Canada Post has has been messing up the addresses after getting scanned. When scanning the bar code now, it doesnā€™t show the correct addresses. She wants the address written out now for this reason but she was giving me a different reason saying this is ALWAYS how theyā€™ve been doing it, and saying that Iā€™m lying by saying Iā€™ve been sending out packages any other way. She also lied to me by saying there was no other woman working here with black / dark brown hair like hers. The only other woman other than herself, was a blonde woman she said. But thatā€™s not true. There was another very polite shorter lady with black hair (and blue eyes with freckles) who used to work here for a while as well this year. She was very helpful with my packages, and she was new there. Well apparently according to the lady I dealt today (Sue, if thatā€™s her true name) who worked here for ā€œ30 yearsā€, they havenā€™t had this other woman working here before. As she says.. ā€œitā€™s only been her and the other blonde woman.ā€ And I know who the other blonde woman is as Iā€™ve been coming here for years and it wasnā€™t the other lady I was talking about. She does not know her own employees who have worked there this year. She was trying to make me sound like Iā€™m delusional in front of other customers by denying she had this other employee. It was beyond rude and upsetting. I donā€™t know who the actual boss here is either, because when I asked she just told me ā€œweā€™re all the bosses hereā€ which makes no sense. As a loyal customer who has come here almost weekly for years, mailing countless packages and buying countless supplies here, I am very upset with the rude customer service I have been experiencing here at our local Canada Post, and sadly donā€™t feel comfortable ever coming back because of the illogical behaviour and poor treatment to customers.

I went to this location today to find out where is my pacakge which they have lost it I had the recipt as well but mary the customer service gave me so much attitude and keep saying we donā€™t know and we canā€™t tell you anything plus my 4 year old son was with me and she made him scared plus when she saw a lot of customers are coming then she started to being nice and then the other customers started to think I am the one who is creating all this plus she came right after me when I was coming out of the post office and it made my son more scared plus she also said I am not allow to come to this Canada post what type of service Canada post is prodving. When customer goes to drop the pacakge they trust them but they donā€™t care if the pacakge is lost or deliver they just say we donā€™t know where pacakge is they donā€™t care about the customerā€™s money

The staff are always helpful. They make sure I get my receipts for my returns. They have helped me when shopping gifts and packages across Canada, letting me know about the flat rate boxes! Thank you. I cannot remember his name, but he always recognizes me and let's me know when there are new stamps I might like. It is clean, fast, and the staff are polite with any questions I may have. Thank you!

Steve, the customer service agent, was blatantly rude and unhelpful. He did not accept my medical mask exemption, as noted under the Charter of Human Rights. He did not allow me to mail my item, despite my respect for physical distancing with others. He continued to tell me he couldn't service me without a mask, despite my communication with him about a medical exemption. He did not offer me alternatives. It seemed like a power trip for him to turn me away. I was more than respectful with my approach to educate and explain about exemptions. But he was unwilling to listen or provide alternative options. I am lodging a formal complaint.
