Excellent customer service! The attendant welcomes you with a smile. When the queue gets longer, a colleague takes over to speed up processing. The attendant responded quickly to my questions. Opening hours (evenings and Saturdays) fully adapted to the reality of entrepreneurs and workers. Thank you for your great service!

No professionalism, Irresponsible, splitting, provocative and without respect for the client I went to the service counter to collect an ordered package and I came across a really unpleasant, displaced and provocative employee After saying what I came to do at the counter I asked myself if I really had a package or if I had come to steal one. It was the first interaction after the good morning, good judgment! It started badly I told him directly that No .... I knew my package was in the warehouse I then took out my ID and then she started to laugh at the photo on it. No respect, totally disgusting. She was making fun of my physique and I felt insulted. Despite everything, despite my government-issued photo identification, she decided to be zealous and never leave my package with me because she wanted to have the upper hand. WASTE OF TIME !!!!!!!!!!!! If I come to collect my package, it is not to go to a schoolyard where everyone insults and provokes hypocritically. I don't have time to fight with troubled employees who spill their private problems on customers I highly recommend that you do not go to this Canada Post counter.

The comis is in a hurry to finish and is putting pressure on me as I arrive maybe 30 minutes before closing. I really had the sensation of disturbing her.
