I wish they told me their international service sucked and to go to DHL if I wanted fast service. Sent important paperwork over 18 days ago and still not arrived. When I contacted Canada post, was told to wait a month before opening a ticket. Lesson learned

Their hours are from 9am to 5pm, went there at 4:40pm and doors were locked. The women inside said she was too busy to take anything more but she could have a customer inside chitchating and I wasn't the only customer that she turned away.If she can't finish her work then change the hours

The staff is extremely unfriendly and racist here, whenever I’ve gone there the elder lady always tells me that my name is unable to pronunciate by normal people and she even asked me how I live with such a hard to pronounce and weird last name. Aside from that because of having a larger name with multiple first and last names, she always gives me a hard time figuring out my package even though she has seen me a couple times and knows who I am.

Negative 5/5 .. Worst staff ever .. old lady attendant was too rude . They should learn about how to talk with customers. If they don't know , they should go to school to learn how to talk with customers
