I went in to get my mail and a girl from the quickie came over to the post office area, I gave her my government ID and papers to prove my address, she then turned around and asked for drivers license or passport, my card isn't expired or anything, I wasted money on many cabs. So I called the call center and they said she had no right to do this, now I have to go back with everything I had before and call the main office while I'm there to get the work done so I can get my mail... I have also place a complaint.

So far ... friendly, helpful, and when there was an episode in the store between 2 customers regarding social distancing they handled it well. Although this store is located in/near a "challenging" area with some customers who can also be "challenging," the employees have always been pleasant. Kudos to them! I usually do not post reviews, but so far this outlet has been so good.
