Didn't even bother to check the system for mail forwarding when delivering parcels that were mailed before we moved. We have lost packages to the wrong address due to employee error, with no effort to compensate our family for the loss. So much for parcel insurance, Happy holidays..

My experience there today was absolutely horrible. There was an older man looking after me today to help me ship a parcel which I had never done before and he was extremely rude. He made it an absolute nightmare. If I have to go there again and he is there I will ask for someone else or leave. If there was an option to pick a negative star instead of one being the lowest I absolutley would. I hope he hasn't done this to someone else.
