Had a package that I needed before the weekend. Got a note for pickup, and went the following day. I left work early and got there 25 minutes before closing. Not only was the store already closed, but the employee(s) were long gone. Nearly 30 minutes before closing. Had several packages held in town for multiple days before even attempting delivery, and have been refused to be given them when attempting to pick them up in person.

Can our federal government get any more incompetent. The place is never open when it says it is, try running a business shipping items with that kind of inconsistency. When you go in there, they tell you that they can’t do anything and that you have to do it online. The list goes on, the biggest joke I’ve ever seen. Open at 2 o’clock in the afternoon?

If I could give a minus score I would. The incompetence of the delivery persons is almost criminal. We have lost packages ... it's a good thing we have some honest neighbours that have brought some of them to us. Today we had our neighbor's paycheck in our box. Ridiculous!

They do not update their working hours. They open and close when they feel like to do that. They also have Miserable behavior.

I thought these super boxes were sapose to help you be more SUPER! I see the DHL guy more around town than ANY of you!! Maybe it should go back to door to door delivery, then your app would possibly be more accurate, and I wouldn't get someone else's mail in my " mailbox" 🙄
