I have been shipping products at the Canada post located inside shoppers for about 2 years. The employees are fantastic. I have yet to encounter an issue with any of them at all. Great place. Fast line - cheers!

I love all of the employees here. They are not Canada Postal workers, they are shoppers workers and they do their best with the slow system they get to work with. No matter the large transaction, I am always met with superior customer service. They always go above and beyond to assist the best that they can. Shelley is an absolute treasure, as are her team members. Thank you shoppers post team! You make my small business daily drops pleasurable.

Canada post is a very reliable postal service but the customer service is terrible. Any staff member i ever talk there makes me feel so unwelcome and really gives off the feeling that they hate there job
