If I could choose 0 stars I would, time and time again I hear stories of hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise been lost and STOLEN. It’s happened to myself, a friend send me a small parcel with a $100 worth of items in it and it was delivered to my house glued shut and with nothing inside the box, it was clearly tampered with, we expressed our problem with Canada post here in cranbrook. The lady we spoke to was rude, and after speaking with a manager we got no where👍🏻

Shannon at the cranbrook office (supervisor) she is absolutely wonderful. She is helpful, kind and efficient. When a very important parcel was lost and I was bounced all over by the main canadapost dispatch and spent days waiting to get more information, shannon was the only person willing/able to help me and simply go and look for my parcel. Thank you cranbrook cananda post!

I really appreciate the services. What really pisses me off is the lack of respect of people’s property. They walk daily across my grass an through my bushes and are now making a distinct pathway. Very upset about that. Please STOP!!!

Horrible service not only from the people who deliver but even the manager. Multiple times I've not received any cards to pick up packages, and when I went in to complain about it manager had nothing to say other than the package should be available for pickup.
