We physically went to this location to obtain mailbox keys for our new address. First, an employee heard my phone call to the office and offered to get a supervisor. Next the supervisor came out and took the information but we had to speak to someone else. The next person was very helpful and looked after our needs. Overall we were impressed by the people at this location

Awful service. My door is never knocked on when expecting a parcel. I have to wait until Monday to recieve my medication which now results in a trip to the emergency room to get meds. Not the first time. I was siitting next to the door. I have never called to complain, but I did this time and will every single time it happens. Hopefully the person delivering gets a warning but I somehow doubt it.

Basically went over a month without mail. Their excuse the smell of urine and dog waste. For 1 thing thats simply not true and for another if it were true then a large portion of this city would not be receiving postal deliveries. If a change is not made I will be contacting ctv news

Very unprofessional and untrustworthy staff of the current contractor. In the past 2 yrs not a single parcel has arrived on time, and most of the time they just slap a so called delivery attempt sticker outside the building door not even bothering to post them inside the mail boxes of apartment. Hence the late delivery is further delayed tp next day and we have to go pickup from the Post office. Worst parcel service ever.

Alright.. where to start. The contractor in this area is absolutely awesome.. the mail delivery girl.. skinny.. can be heard talking about customers with a guy at the Melvin convenience store.. She doesn’t attempt to deliver packages and says she does.. Canada Post and their workers cannot be trusted.. simple and this needs to change..
