Canada Post, Greater Sudbury, ON

I've waited almost 2 months for a package, someone who works for Canada Post in Sudbury is stealing packages cause it was last updated in Sudbury. I just talked to customer service and they say it's no where to be found and I need to contact the sender to get Canada post to refund them to refund me. Not very professional, maybe canada post should be checking out the people they hire before letting them handle the public's mail! Investigations are in need maybe monitor the staff handling people's mail, isn't that a federal crime???

Went to ship a package and the lady (Cheryl) was talking on the phone to someone about if her laundry was in the dryer or washer. Very unprofessional and didn’t say a word to me. Her phone call was more important.

Away for 15 minutes around 8.30pm... and then surly. All in all, pretty good for Canada Post.

The worst canada post service i ever experienced the staff on duty was never professional as if she was rendering a free service and very rude.
