This is for the entire company in general. So I have ordered multiple packages on Amazon and other website and I’m telling you, it never fails that when the package ends up in the hands of Canada post they “Attempt delivery with notice left” accept they don’t attempt delivery and they do not leave notices, I was told by the agent that “they do not have time to physically go into buildings to leave packages”. Your company should NOT be handling packages if you can’t even make the effort that these other great companies do. For a federal company it must be absolutely embarrassing.

I have a box there and go to he post office once, maybe twice a week. In all the years I've gone there I'm impressed on how knowledgeable the staff is, besides being helpful and friendly. If there are any problems, from what I've witnessed, it is with citizens who take awhile to understand what they are being informed of.....

Apparently they can't print shipping labels generated from their website for small businesses...Thought you were a shipping company?! The lady with the multi-coloured hair was incredibly unhelpful and far from knowledgeable as she had no idea that small business owners ship free on Tuesdays in October. She called over a manager like we were being ridiculous for saying there was no charge. Should probably read company memos!

I hate Canada post bunch of people who never get enough. Be happy you have a job. And quit stealing packages. You are a discrace to all the hard working people of this country. And now to pull a Canada wide strike. I hope they can you all and hire some people that need jobs and respect the job they do. You bozos got alittle to comforble with your union backing you. Did you not learn when you guys were almost extinct in 2016.and now because legal marijuana is here you try to twist Canada’s arm. But I’m doing so your destroying your relationship with the customers of Canada.waste of time even writing about you losers. Get back to work.
