I dread having to pick up anything at this location. To ship or do business I prefer to drive across town to any other location where the staff does not fell the need to either ignore or berate the customer.

My first time having to go there to pick something up I check the hours and they were supposed to be open until 7pm. I was there at 6:15 and they were closed. A co-op employee said the employee was sick. No problem, stuff happens. A few days later i call to make sure they are actually open before i make the trip and they do not answer. I get there and its open but its busy, line up, and only one employee was doing any work. The other sat there on her phone. My fiancé went there a fee days later and had the same problem where there was a line up and one of the employees was not helping. Hopefully there will be some changes in the future.

My experiences there are usually ok, but sometimes I can tell that the cashier just doesn’t want to be there.. they sometimes make it seem like I’m an inconvenience to help, so I’ve stopped having my packages sent there. I still go on occasion to send things out, but only because they’re close to where I live.

Horrible Customer Service!! I went today with my husband, and the girl that was there around 5:30pm was very rude. In fact, this is the second time we go get our packages and both times left lots to hope from their staff. I work in customer service myself, and BELIEVE me, I know it can get busy and stressful sometimes...however, you never NEVER take your frustrations or problems to the guests. They need to know they are giving service and representing a company...at least greet your guests!!

No genuine/fake smiles, niceties, etc. This Canada Post is basically The Twilight Zone compared to much of the Co-Op.

I ordered a few items online then was out of the country when they were supposed to be delivered. Canada post in the coop plaza was supposed to hold the items until the 19th of November. When I went to pick them up today the rude clerk working there said they had sent them away already. Nobody could give me a straight answer for this or take responsibility.
