All I've ever had is issues this this post office. They are so slow and very unhelpful. I don't think they know what they're doing. Today I've spent all day waiting for a package to arrive and have my tracking number say it's out for delivery only for the package to never be delivered. I go out of my way to try to never use this post office or have a package to be delivered through Canada Post.
