Timing is wrong. Canada post is closed at 5 pm Friday.When I asked one of employee in the shopper’s about their timing he gave me this time sheet. He said this is their timing. If this is Right they should open till 9 pm. If it’s not right they should change this time sheet or they can just hide this whenever they close. Terrible

I keep going there and its closed like half the time. Very hard to run a business when I get all my packages to ship out, drive over there and it's closed. Come on.

Not a big fan of Canada Post but received excellent customer service from Louise on a package I was waiting on that was delivered to the wrong address. Luckily my neighbors are honest and told me they returned it to Canada Post. When I stopped by it could not be located at the store on Cundles. We thought it had been sent back undelivered which would cost me shipping again to resend from the seller. Due to the weather it never got shipped back to the central Barrie facility for return. Louise called me on my cell at 5:30 pm to let me know they found it, and it was set to go back, but if I wanted I could still pick it up the next day here in Barrie. I appreciate the excellent customer service...Thanks Louise!!

It’s very easy to update your hours. Essential in this day and age. Just blew 45 min of my day as your post office says you open at 11am on google. Poor customer service on a regular basis here. Thanks a lot!
