They desperately need another clerk, especially during the seasonal months. I've been twice in the past week and both times I had to stand in line for 30-40 minutes. The clerk with the colourful hair opts to put processing packages before serving the people standing in line. She isn't overtly rude, but to make people wait for such a long time while you process packages between customers just makes us irritated. Some extra help would make both the customer and the clerk's life much easier.

I was verbally abused by the psycho on the front desk at this location. I have lodged a formal complaint through Canada Post and am waiting for a response from his supervisor. I would love to post his name but he refused to give it to me, (he said I had my own name...lol.) He plans on retiring in 1 month, and based on his inability to control himself or perform his job, I can only presume it's a forced retirement. Oh, and he seconds as the parking enforcement for the 3 available spaces, so be prepared to move your car if you don't do it within his specifications.

Very rude staff not very helpful at all and honestly they do not care about answering there phones this location is not a good post office to go to.
