Great place, quick and efficient. It’s located inside the building (check my videos and photos). No line, quick return drop off. Nice guy behind the counter with great tone. I would recommend this place if you’re in a hurry.

My package was delivered to this location, I was not notified when it arrived, I was only notified that they were going to send it back with a "final notice" Canada Post ensured me that they would hold it for 5 business days but I went there today and it was already gone "3 business days later". During the pandemic there is supposed wait times on packages but Canada post seems to be able to send stuff away many days early

Edit: Shes been really nice lately so I changed my rating from 1 star to 4!! There's an older woman who works here who is so unkind and short tempered, I don't know why she's allowed to work here. If I went to my job with that attitude every day I would be fired. This is the closest location to me, and I dread coming here because the way she treats people is so upsetting and hurtful. 95% of the time she won't even ask you what method you'd like to ship something and she will automatically pick the most expensive option and then tell you to pay it.

Was sent away twice because the employee "didn't have time" to look for my package. Very unprofessional. Since it's the holiday season you would expect them to have more staff to deal with volume. Won't go there again if I don't have too.

the absolute worst place to ship anything, anytime I order something online and the only available choice is Canada Post, I either cringe or order from somebody else. Horrible hours, you feel like you are wasting the employees time by asking for them to grab your package from the back, and SLOW!!! I really wish there was an alternative, its been the same damn way for years and nothing has changed besides the people behind the counter. i hate you canada post
