I have to change my review since my last update was prior to Covid. I am disabled and was mask exempt. I went into the Camrose location the first winter after Covid hit. I had 3 employees including the manager yell at me in anger to get a mask on or leave without my mail. I didn't have a mask b/c I was exempt. I went to put a scarf over my face and took a step forward to get my parcel and was yelled at again. They left me shaking I was so scared by their crazy behavior. CP is an essential service, they were supposed to allow exemptions but they didn't and they had no business treating people like this.

This review specifically for the bald guy working the counter. He has always been either rude or grumpy whenever I've dealt with him. I've asked colleagues who I know goes to the post office often and said the same thing about him. Thankfully, the ladies who are also working there are completely his opposite.

I can not believe how lazy all of Canada Post is I have been waiting 2 weeks for something from Red Deer and I paid for express DO NOT USE IF YOU DO NOT NEED TO!

They wont deliver mail if your place and your neighbors place arent shoveled perfectly. They are rude and yell before you can say anything. They keep trespassing and walking through my back yard by my bedroom window. Ive asked many times for them to stop because its creepy. They wont stop. They dont care about solving issues. They are just lazy and dont want to do their job.

Ordered a drone for my nephew’s birthday. Camrose Canada left a pickup notification in my mailbox giving me 15 days to come get the parcel. They shipped it back to the seller after only 5 days with no explanation why. Disgusted with them. I now have no present for my nephew. Terrible customer service.
