Typical rubbish Canada Post employee. For how amazing the actual post deliverers and phone support staff are, it is appalling how opposite the retail staff are. 2:35pm May 17 2022, East Indian girl maybe don't be on your phone when a customer is saying hi how's it going etc. The only time this girl spoke to me is when I asked for a receipt and she had to stop her phone convo, so she could confirm I wanted what I asked for... I can understand you while you're on the phone btw. Go work at a call centre if you want to be on the phone while you work.

The worst experience ever! The place closed randomly during business hour without reporting the the central office. They never pick up on calls or respond to any voicemail.

We visited this location couple of times for parcel services. They don't provide even tape for packaging to seal the box. They expect you to buy tapes to seal. We have done parcels at couple of franchise stores where they are more helpful and provide tapes for packing without any extra charges. As a standalone location we went there to support small businesses instead of big box stores but experience was not good. This happen twice at this location, will go to some other location in future.This location offer limited hours and closed on weekends.

I regularly use this post office and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Moreover, they will provide information on the postal charges and are very kind to answer my questions which are sometimes dumb, but they are patient and don't criticize.

The person who helped me was very rude. She asked me to write my initials on the form that I had to send. While I was writing my initials she took the paper away from me and said thats good enough when I wasn't even finished.
