When I was confused with a product & service in comparison with another one the employee had an outburst directed at me and stormed off instead of just taking a second to explain it to me. Instead of stepping in and helping me the other employee did and said nothing and didnât offer to help me instead. I have worked in customer service for years so I go into places with the mindset of treating employees how I would want to be treated, and I have absolutely never treated a customer so shortly and explosively. I gave a second star because the employee came back and apologized and explained it and then continued service. If i hadnât been on a time limit I wouldâve gone somewhere else.
