I give an honest review. I would say employees abide by the law of Canada post. Almost all people here are crying about buying a new packing tap for their parcel. It is your responsibility to pack your parcel properly not theirs. Waiting time is reasonable if you are getting quality service. They might be solving the complicated problem of people or technical glitches. They are processing an average of 15 passport applications daily. I would suggest everyone who wants better and flaw-free service. Thank you for processing my parcel efficiently everytime.
