Very discriminatory. Would not serve me because of my medical condition. My medical condition prevents me from wearing a medical mask, and they will not serve me because of my condition. Wake up! Look what’s happening all over Canada, stop living in fear. I will be filing a human rights violation.

Left work early to get there in time to pick up my parcel. Arrived on time, got my mail out of my box just to go wait in line and be told they are closed at 5pm. It was 4:58pm. Then I asked to please pick up my parcel as my job doesn't allow me the hours to get there any earlier and I had rushed to get there before 5pm.. I just get ignored by the very rude lady and when I asked again I was told to fill out a form to get someone else to pick up my mail. In the time it took them to explain that they could have just got my parcel. Very frustrated. Terrible service. A bit of advice, a little kindness, understanding and compassion goes a long way these days. Thanks for nothing.

Worst Canada Post office allover Canada. 95% of the ladies working there are not helpful at all. They don't know anything about customer service even they are not smiling . Wasting time , weeks ago I went and was in queue at 4:45 pm and entered the office at 4:57 and the lady is telling me that we closing at 5 however we still have 3 minutes. After long argument I got my package. I don't know why they dealing like that. If they don't want to help or work in customer service why you forcing your self to do that and offering a terrible experience to other

I also Faced Medical Discrimination here despite being a personal customer for decades and spending thousands as a commercial customer. There has to be something we can do about Canada Post in Canada this is unacceptable

Just to be clear at the beginning of my review, not everyone working here is rude. Today, there was a mean person at the front. She was already in a bad mood (it seems). Because my friend is in Bella Coola with the mailbox key and he wasn't here in Squamish to check his delivery box, he kindly asked me to see if the mail personnel can help in any way to check it for him. So, I went in high spirits. We have a letter of authorization signed and accepted in the past already, so I can check on behalf of him. Without even asking any questions to get clarity about this current situation, she was frank and rude and I left thinking how unhelpful she was.
