Went in thinking they were open until at least 9pm as my pick up slip stated. To my surprise when I arrived they had been closed for an hour. How is someone supposed to pick up their parcels before 6pm when you work out of town till 5:30pm? So much for trying be convenient, thanks for the terrible service Canada Post yet again. Not to mention wasting my time with wrong hours posted absolutely everywhere but in store.

Terrible, terrible service. Hours are never correct. I have now tried 3 different times to pick up my parcel and still do not have it. My last attempt today I turned up at 2pm, 6th in line in the queue and told "I'm only serving 4 people and then I'm on break". The handwritten sign on the counter states break time (not lunch time) starts at 2:30pm (Not on their website). So she can only serve 4 people in 30 minutes???? This post office has a really bad attitude problem and customers are a complete inconvenience to them. Something has to change.

Worst post office ever. Get your act together Canada Post! This is a joke. What is the point of having opening hours if you don't update them or stick to them! Waste of my life, every time. Make the drive somewhere else STAY AWAY

Hours online are not correct. I went at 6:30pm to pick up my parcels, the Canada Post employee barely turned around and loudly stated "we are closed". I replied "but the website said..." and was promptly cut off by the same employee "we are closed!". OK, I tried to ask what the hours were, was cut off again with "WE ARE CLOSED!" I then said "please, what are your hours now?" She cut me off a third time with the same statement then she must have registered my question - stated they are only open until 6PM now. Great - I now know the hours but there are definitely enough people who want employment you could hire someone who will answer a simple question or, here's a thought, update your posted hours! UPDATE- I went in the next morning 9:30 AM, they were not open. A contractor was there installing a new system (he was very polite). Why couldn't the Canada Post employee tell me this last night? Absolutely astounded at how horrible this service was.

Hours are WRONG. Employees are essentially useless and probably handicapped. I came to pick up a package and they said they’re going for break , ALL 4 OF THEM.???? I just drove 35 minutes from my house to get into town and now I have to wait 20 more minutes . what an absolute joke.
