Closing times are ridiculous… other canada post offices open till 9-10pm but this one 5-6pm and Saturday Sunday closed. Dissatisfying timing’s.

Supposed to pick up new mail key for my box...I got told they were open till 8pm and I said perfect cause I work till 7pm they apparently close at 5pm and closed on weekends...haven't even gotten a call or the tag they said I'd get on my door to come get the key...and not a number to call ti make arrangements...yet none of the ones that are open till 9pm don't even deal with the keys...they need to do something about this..staff needs to know operation hours instead of giving people a wild goose chase

Management and staff have improved service dramatically since I started using this post office. I wish they had better hours. I am always welcomed in the store and two of the staff know me by name.

Had my mailbox shut down from the Freson brothers south location ( with no warning)- all our mail got forwarded here... Great except. only open till 5pm and not on weekends!?? This is an oil patch town, sundays off and work in the field till 5pm.. So I have to take a day off to get my mail???! Ridiculous!

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED!!! Can we give them negative stars? pathetic I have to give them one to post. I have not been able to get into my mail box for a week and a half because the lock on it is broken. I have spoken to 4 different people, 2 of them customer service supervisors, NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK! They have promised me dates to be fixed, which didn't happen after a week to find they didn't even have the right address; the staff there don't understand English apparently even though you repeat your address for confirmation every time you phone... The superintendent of this location is "out-of-office" and there is NO PHONE NUMBER! Can someone please explain how CANADA POST can hold your mail from you?!?!? They wont even bring my mail to a location to pick it up!!! I am so upset. This is horrible. Thank you Canada Post.

Suppose to get my parcel on the 9th didn't get it so I tracked it down to this specific post office and it's literally the only one closed today when I need my parcel. Call Canada post to see if they can do anything. Absolutely nothing. It's bad enough I had to go threw all the stress just to order this parcel now they can't even give it to me for another 3 weeks cuz some dumbass doesn't want to work one fricken week day

Quite possible the most miserable person I have ever encountered works at this location. I am pretty sure my package is going to end up in the trash before it even leaves this depot. A simple yellow bubble envelope that I have sent a dozen times through the regular mail was suddenly going to cost me iver $12! Ha! I dont think so....I asked for my package back to send from my usual location but by that time she had already put a stamp on it. And again I was never asked for my small business card. Laat time she gave me attitude because we are supposed to know to give it to her(she huffed about having to redo the transaction). I am sorry your life is so miserable that you cant check your s*#! at the door and provide a smile every once and awhile. You are in the customer service industry after all....Save your grief and go elsewhere.
