I usually have a great service but, I realized that many employees doesn't know how to reload the Mastercard Cash Passport credit card. It's a credit card issued by Canada Post. It goes without saying that every employees should know how to reload it. It's a very easy transaction and it takes one minute. I don't have a car and now I have to wait another day to be able to complete my transactions.
