I get notifications that I can pick my items up at this facility many hours before I can actually get them. It's annoying to constantly go to the post office and get turned away because you guys have your policy backwards. How about if you sent me an update when it actually gets to the post office instead of when I get the card?

I've noticed the attitudes, but realized (looking at these reviews) that it's just the person's everyday behavior. However, when you're nice to them, show decency and use manners, you'll find a total turn around in their demeanor. This entire town has a superiority complex, and I think they take the brunt of it. I'd be disenfranchised too, dealing with demanding and rude people...

The staff there are extremely pleasant if you treat them with basic human decency. I actually look forward to going and checking my PO box because I enjoy the regular staff so much!

Very rude older woman at the desk. Only go if completely necessary. Had a bunch of DVDs to ship out, one international. She messes up and overcharges then gets pissy when she had to do all of them over again. Highly recommend the 101 Ave. location for a far better service.
