Absolutely disgusting service provided today. The older lady was unprofessional and confrontational. Refused to accept valid identification as described for a background check and gave nothing but attitude. Even went as far as closing her till pulling her cash and walking away all while telling she has other clients to deal with. I had to stand my ground refuse to leave and finally a manager came out and told the woman all my ID is accurate and meets all the criteria required.. The woman then told her boss she wouldn't accept a PAL as secondary ID even though it was listed on the form as allowed ID by saying she doesn't have a PAL or know about them.. I WAS LIVID WITH HER ATTITUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE.. I suggest they retrain the staff on what ID is valid and how to interact with the public.. The name in my receipt was Shannon so if you see this DO BETTER AND BE BETTER.

Nobody answers the phones. Goes to voice-mail which tells you it's not connected. Very poor service. Between 9am and closing not one call answered. Why have these numbers if you ignore them?

This particular office doesn't take any ownership of people's parcels. In my experience they have successfully delivered 50% of my parcels. Not exactly what you would expect! The problems really start when you attempt to find out where they ended up. The normal scenario is that it is your fault, (you weren't home, someone else must have taken them, check with the neighbours, etc). Normally when a person isn't home a card is left to indicate it is at the nearest office however in each of my cases no card was left. The next question you are asked is do you want to start an investigation into the missing parcel. What kind of question is that? What are the other options, forget about it and hope for better luck next time? After three trips to the post office, humouring their attempts to deflect the responsibility of the lost parcel I refused to leave and wanted to talk to the supervisor (who is never in by the way). After about 10 minutes waiting at the counter they found my parcel in the back! It was there the whole time and had never left! Another time I returned home after being away for three weeks to find that a parcel had been left at my door step outside! Luckily no one took it! We are still trying to locate my last parcel! Someone from Canada Post has to address these issues at this outlet. It would be better if the workers there didn't have such poor attitudes towards their customers. Most of them are fine however there are two in particular that need to be let go. ANSWER THE PHONE please!
