Extremely disappointed with the service. We bothered to call ahead to say we would be arriving close to closing time, and surprise, we arrived at 5:28 and the door was locked. When an organization mentions that it closes at 5:30 p.m., I expect to be served until that time.

We pay for xpress post in two days and it never happens in two days! Never update the package tracking information to date! This was my last time with Canada Post! The worst part is that they always find an excuse to justify their problem! But it's funny yesterday I did business with ups and the next day I recruited my item so no excuses for them! I absolutely do not recommend Canada Post to anyone, not even my worst enemy!
