Strongly disagree with going "down a block" to the Shoppers Drug Mart location. Shoppers lost a very important parcel of mine that was being delivered to Ottawa (not that far away). Stick with this Post Office - the service is more than adequate and I've never had a problem with them.

Unlike the other reviews, I find the staff at this postal outlet more than adequate. They are competent and hard-working, and, allowing for the fact that each of us has an off day now and then, generally pleasant. I trust them with my parcels and regular mail, and they often give good advice on how to ship things with the most economy. (The SDM staff have occasionally given me wrong information on the CP outlet's hours of operation, on what happens with mail, and so on; their training may have been not as good.) I wouldn't hesitate to choose the Canada Post outlet over other locations.

Customer service is adequate. Not open Saturday. Want better service and Saturdays? Go down a block to Shopper's Drug Mart.

Terrible paid for express delivery then Ahad to wait 4days for a community mailbox key that I was never informed I needed till after the package arrived if possible always us ups much better service .
