I paid $100 plus to get mail forwarding to a new address. They screwed the whole thing & once I called them back to get it fixed I had to deal with a very rude lady. Firstly she was not knowledgeable and on top of that she was so unprofessional. She hung up on me bcz she doesn't know her job. I wish if I had a zero star available for this location I would have used it. I will recommend Noone to go to this location as they are not capable to perform there job.

I had quite a horrific story of violence ( its all on cameras) bagging and hitting my front gates from the mad mailman for 2 years. The supervisor was nasty. Our mail was formerly sensitive and financial mail was opened. Now my mail is all wet today and my gate is opened. I HAVE REASONS TO CLOSE MY GATES ITS ABOUT SAFETY. What is wrong with you people !!📮My house is easy to serve: no dogs, no toys, no poison ivy and not a curled staircase like in Montreal !!!! You don't work on Saturdays and you don't collect the mail from the door like in the USA..

Will NOT answer the phone. You MUST go to the post orifice blindly to find out that you needed something you weren't aware was crucial to complete a semi-simple purchase, such as a postal money order. Cover all the bases, bring everything AND the kitchen sink, to be sure, lest you make a return trip !

I have had a parcel "out for delivery" since July 9th it is now July 13th and the item is "still out for delivery" i have tried to call the post office to see what is going on but either no one answers or they end up hanging up on me
