Worst delivery company. The delivery man arrives with my package in his hands, turns around and leaves. He leaves me a notice that I can just pick up my package at the post office the next afternoon. Serious? In addition, it takes twice as long to be "delivered" as any other company.

I pick up packages about 2 times a month for 6 months. I found at the beginning that it was very average as a service (difficulty finding the parcel, confusion and lack of politeness) but now that they know me, things have improved a lot. They still do not overflow politeness and energy but the service is correct and (relatively) effective.
