Just now, after showing them two pieces of ID and explaining to them the name and address on the return package, still I cant get my package from my 80 year old grandparents. You must show an address from your Amazon account and then I show them and they still have the dignity to ask me if I just filled that out in my car. Been renting a place for two months and I'm supposed to have my driver's license and passport match up. Give me a break Canada Post.

I appreciate the work Canada Post has been doing, not sure how often people say that to the staff of this company. I like that they have even delivered some parcels on weekends, I wasn't expecting to receive them during that time of the week. There have been CP drivers who will ring the doorbell when I have parcels that won't fit in tp the community box, which I highly appreciated. Back when I lived at a different address, the manager of the Shopper's location did a good job & contacted the main Canada Post office in town when people were stealing & demanding me to pay for my own parcels. Thieves are a very bad reoccurring issue in my area, I'm glad I had a manager who was vigilant at putting a stop to the people stealing from me.

Useless wastes of skin. Haven't been getting mail for 7 months now. Complained multiple times and still nothing. Filed a complaint with the Ombudsmen, who did nothing. Now you can't even send a support ticket on Canada Posts website. Will be calling the Ombudsmen again on Monday.

I’ve never received a package here, but I’ve sent many as I live just around the corner. Generally, I send about one each week. I’ve always had fast service and usually decently friendly, and I’ve never dealt with lazy staff. The staff seems competent and do their job just fine. All of my packages got shipped out fast and arrived on time. I have no complaints.

Although I've never had an issue with the people. They have always be very polite to deal with. It's Canada Post. All my orders are way past delivery dates. They constantly mess up. And nothing is done about it. Something needs to be fixed about how things are done. It's clearly not working. If you can't do your job right, don't do it. Or start training people properly.
