The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful, I explained how I had goofed up on an order I placed a couple weeks ago and how I was tracking them but was still concerned about them being returned to sender. She did everything she could and made a point of letting the mail carriers know about the situation. I understand there's only so much she can do given this was a mistake on my part but I appreciated the effort, at least. Updated review: my package came to me in the mail! Super happy, and super grateful for the help of the young lady working the desk 👍
