Might want to update the business hours online so people don’t walk there to be turned away at 4:59 when it says open until 8pm. I got there and the lady pointed at the sign saying they closed at 5, but I wasn’t allowed to mail my one package. Such a joke.

Worst customer service ever ! The ladies behind the counter tried to convince me that a tiny envelope was a letter sized envelope. I was required to send a pre-paid letter sized envelope to an embassy. The lady hands me a teeny tiny envelope and then said she's done it millions of times. Then they charge me over credit card and the computer systems tell them that they can't charge a credit card for a prepaid envelope. Then they started arguing between each other about paper size and refunds and all. All this took more than 45 mins. TO SHIP ONE ENVELOPE ! What a joke !

Terrible. Lineups 10 deep and only 1 of 2 employees actually helping. The other one completely ignoring people. Tried to find out quickly what the last pickup time is today but even after yelling excuse me ma'am and literally everybody in line hearing me these employees didn't even budge/look up. FYI you are not the only delivery service in Canada. They are almost always completely rude except for the one younger girl that works there she is a sweetheart the other older ladies should all be named Debbie because they're all downers. Just compare the reviews of the other CP in town...says everything about this spot.
