Postal Manager (Darlene) is a NIGHTMARE. She is always unpleasant and condescending. After any interaction with her my partner and I both end up feeling upset, for no reason--she just gives off the worst attitude no matter how simple the visit! It is much more pleasant to visit afterhours when the part-timers are working.
