Possibly the worst Canada Post. You will never get your mails/parcel on time. The tracking number on website will show status changing to out for delivery in the evening well after the delivery hours. In the night it would change to 'verifying address' although address is perfectly correct and there is no way to get it wrong in a small town of 20000. It would stay like that for a few days and then if you are lucky, you get your mail in next week or two. This facility is a disgrace to all the Canadians, shows why government run facilities should not have labor unions. If possible and affordable, use UPS or Purolator, especially for something urgent.

Zero attempt is made by delivery personel to actually contact the person the package is for. We consistently get notifications via the app that a delivery was 'attempted' while we're IN our house. No one attempted anything. They just slap the ''Sorry we missed you" sticker on the door and leave and it's so lazy and so incredibly annoying.

Staff is okay, they don't actually deliver anything, they will leave a notice saying pick it up from here. Tons of homeless people in area.
