The service was absolutely terrible. Trying to get the key to my community mailbox was an absolute nightmare. I filled out the ticket provided on the website for the purpose of obtaining a key. I went to the post office on the day indicated on the ticket and was handed a piece of paper with a 1 800 number to call. Getting my mail box shouldn't be so much hassle involved.
