I went to inquire about a parcel sent by regular air mail, the front desk person was so impatient and when I asked if there any way to know the status of it after 5 weeks (usually arrives within 3 weeks), she said 'whatever, we can't help and track it' and she walked away! Super POOR customer service, at least she could try to be helpful or answer it politely.
