Awesome service from my neighborhood postal worker. She has two small pigtails and a big smile! Delivered a package and let me know my box was full. I mentioned I had been going through medical issues but would look after it today. Five minutes later, she was back at my door with the contents of my box. What a wonderful, caring gesture!😍🇨🇦👍🏻🏆📫

Canada post has ruined Christmas for me 4 years in a row, they won’t allow me to pick up my 4 packages sitting there, use every excuse in the book and aren’t delivering my packages. 2023 is going to be the year of boycotting canada post, I don’t care if I have to pay triple the amount in postage this company is a literal joke. They don’t answer the phone and they give fake phone numbers that don’t work for managers.

Poor service ever..it was showing that the package will be delivered by the end of the day and now it’s been 3days..package not delivered yet. When I call they were like it’s in the truck it would be delivered by end of the day or next morning..I don’t know how long I have to wait..very bad service

Just returned from the Wellington branch and I am disgusted by the treatment by one of their staff. Since COVID has gotten worse the "new" staff have added a spot inside for a third person to wait. I arrived and was waiting in the entrance vestibule, as I normally do, when this person tells me to come into the waiting area. I told them I was happier waiting until there were not 2 customers in the business area. She then came out from behind the counter and approached me in the vestibule telling me to get inside the business area and that 3 people are allowed. I told he I would rather wait in the entrance vestibule where there are not a bunch of people. She told to get in the business area to wait or go somewhere else. What a poor representation for Canada Post and humanity.
