I've gone to Canada posts many many times before to return things. They tape up my package, scan, and send, no problem. Not this one! Apparently they don't have any tape. They wanted me to buy scotch tape to close up my own package, which scotch tape doesn't even work for. Ridiculous. If you don't have postal supplies maybe you shouldn't have a post office.

I've lived in Centretown for 12 years and mail a lot of records and cassettes from my bands and record label out to people all of the world. Almost at the post office weekly, and I always hit this one, and have never had a bad experience. Excellent customer service everytime.

Went to pick up a package shortly after 6, when the slip I received said my item would be available, and the package was still in transit. I was told “the delivery man comes any time he likes, usually before we close” and was forced to wait around for an hour and a half for my package to arrive. This all could’ve been avoided if the slip had the correct date and time, the following day.

I have lived in this area for a few years now and use this location regurlary. They are consistently under staffed with only one employee. This is particularly ridiculous during increased hoilday demand. Picking up and dropping off parcels here is normally a minimum of a 30 minute processes and is even longer during the holidays. Just simply buying a stamp takes an arduos amount of time. Please staff this location appropriately.
