it's run by the Shopper's corporation/Loblaw/Weston so it's their wages/working conditions with the expectation of government service (which I know is often questionable too). Shopper's has this arrangement hoping that you will buy their product since you're there already because you rely on it/like w. prescriptions...they don't have to care about service. They think they have you...so choose to go to Peter st and choose to shop for groceries elsewhere.

Had it happened only once I wouldn't complain but the post office located in the Shoppers drug Mart on Front St Orillia Ontario has been so unprofessional I will not set foot in this place ever again. As there's no line up system I was the next to be seen. Instead the lady behind me and the man both got called up and I was left waiting. These people don't sanitize in between customers. Sadly I have been subject to rude and unfair practice several times at this location. This happened today at 2:30pm Friday January 7 2022. My next call will be to the Obumdsmen so that once and for all they can deal with the current staff.

Clearly incompetent staff. No clue how to serve customers and don’t care. The lack of effort and assistance is embarrassing. I’m sure there are some good staff members but I have not came across any as of yet. Did covid provide a reason for no one to care anymore.

Good post office. Sometimes line-ups however, good customer service. I go here when I need to drop mail at the post or send a package on a Saturday.
