very rude lady. terrible service. lazy employees. I wish I could have my mail sent elsewhere. they dont answer the phone either. UPDATE! its only getting worse. how can a service like this which is supposed to help the community run so terribly. I hope canada post goes under they make too much to do nothing. unfortunately ive had to go back and its been another nightmare.

Terrible customer service. I was treated differently when I was picking up my packages. Clearly different from the white person who was front of me. She threw away my packages on the counter and said to me “it was painful” when I thanked her and left. I was surprised how Canada Post allowed this kind of conducts. By the way she was not wearing a mask properly. Her mouth and nose were not covered at all. Terrible. My visit was Sep 26.
