The young man at the counter was very insistent on me getting insurance on a package. Was just shipping candies but he added zeros to my dollar value and my single digit value, now my recipients are being charged over 50$ for this small candy package. Did not appreciate that he was also short with me how he had "already started the insurance" and refused to remove it.

Horrible lady at the counter. She acts thats the QR Code scanner doesnt work and she would print the label for only $1.25 When I said that QR Code is Canada Post service why should I pay for label, she went oh but I didn't ask you ship it without label, did I? We left the shop and went to Canada Post by Courtice and King and they just scanned the QR code, printed the label and shipped our stuff for, guess what, for free as its supposed to be

Decent service. I sold an item on kijiji to someone in niagara region for 'Cost on Delivery'. Gave them the address and what I wanted to charge. The Buyer paid all shipping and handling costs. One week later I received a cheque in the mail. It worked great! There was some confusion with the total cost. Just make sure the clerk punches the right selling cost into the system.

Its a good location in the conveince store but is often staffed by only one person. Meaning if someone wants lotto tickets they will go to them first before dealing with the post
