Stay away from the post office here. The stuffs are dishonest. They will try to upscale your mail bill. They will also sell u post boxes then come back to you saying u cant send the stuffs. They will not refund too. I saw a fb post too about their dishonest practice. I ended up paying 33 bucks for a service that i couldn’t use.

Dropped off a Document to be sent from Oshawa to Montréal. Paid for expresspost on 12th of Feb and today is 17th feb and the Parcel is still sitting in the Oshawa Location, Hasn’t moved in 5 days. Guaranteed delivery was on 16th Feb. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Tomorrow I’m going to get the parcel back and ship it from a different company.

First time my package came broken I really didn't mind but the second time they came broken I thought "ok if I don't complain this will happen a third time." So I did and lucky for me the customer support dude was nice enough to make a note of it. Hopefully this won't happen again.

This place is so incredibly slow and unorganized. 20 minutes per customer is outrageous. Plus when I tried calling- being placed on hold for 15 minutes plus. They need more people working.

after dropping parcels off at this location they sit in the post office for up to 2 weeks before being shipped out. its ridiculous, Canada post is literally the slowest shipping service out there.
