When my $3000 parcel tracking says it out for delivery by end of day on Thursday, then when it doesn't turn up and I check the tracking again on Friday and it says " due for delivery on Tuesday" you get one star because I can't give you none, Muppets.

I just sent Christmas gifts home to Ontario. Steve was extremely efficient and kind, assuring me that the parcel would be there in four business days. I have had some bad experiences with FedEx and UPS and it is so nice to go to a Canada Post office and get good customer service and the assurance that your parcel will be handled with care. This location also has a great social distance policy of only three in the store at a time, and you can wait outside until it is your turn to go in.

Thousands of parcels coming here are going missing. Pills and medicine, medicinal marijuana, driver's licences, plates, and other materials go missing everyday and this company can't provide an explanation and are not EVER HELD RESPONSIBLE. WORST SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY.

Biggest scam of all time. Pay for express shipping but you’ll never get your packages on time. You can reach out to customer service but they will never do anything besides say “whoops, our bad...oh well nothing we can do, sucks to be you”. This is the reason I no longer order things online from amazon. I used to have prime but ended up being a waste of money cause the two day shipping never came in two days. They go on strike because they think they are underpaid, well maybe if they did their jobs they’d earn a fair wage.
