Always busy and short staffed. Nightmare. Always have to line up for ages and it doesn’t matter what time of the day. They need two people working there at all times. Get you act together. Garth post office much better in Hamilton.

I got here at 4:40pm and the clerk was very unfriendly and yelled at me. Also complaining that she is off work and it's my fault she can't get off work even though her off time is 5 pm

Visited this Canada Post location on June 9, 2022. I came in with an item that needed to be shipped and the original box I had did not fit into any of the polymailers. However, the older woman at the front today was extremely helpful, and super nice! (Tracking receipt says the cashier’s name is Zarina.) I have been to many locations in Hamilton and her service stood out to me. Just wanted to thank her again for all her help. 🙏🏼

Wors. Customer service by the lady Name:- MIRA Was rude and abusive , she wasnt polite whereas she shouted at the people. Not at all satified with her service .

The people working never fail to make every single interaction feel like a gigantic burden to their lives. Canada Post has been and always will be the worst mail carrier
