Eric at this Canada post is an absolute angel and if you are his boss reading this give my boy a raise or promotion. He just helped my room mate and I do a return from Amazon that UPS was supposed to handle and neglected to do. Eric did whatever he could to help us out and succeeded in doing so! Thank you so much!

The store is comfortably and familiarity layed out so that customers have an easy time located products and services. The first person you will be greeted by is one of their friendly and knowledgeable cosmotologists and they can usually help locate anything you may need or the friendly and knowledgeable post office or pharmacy staff will be happy to serve you in anyway they can. You can also expect quick and friendly cashiers that are very familiar with anything you can ask. They are always smiling and relaxed. It's a pleasant experience every time I visit.

I have had good mail service until now! The mail man has decided that I have poison ivy on my front porch its normal ivy I pulled it down by hand no poison. So now I have to get a hold of the supervisor who doesn't return calls, so here I sit disabled with no mail 244 east avenue north Hamilton very very disappointed and angry.

Need a drop off line for pre paid packages or better organization or more consideration from staff. Love when someone goes in at 4:30pm to drop off 200 packages when all we need to do is drop off 2 items that have been paid for already and get told to go to another post office while trying to make the 5pm deadline.
